Brian called into work and between the Superbowl and the news that Compaq was planning to buy DEC things were a bit confused and he didn't need to go in. (Brian works for Aspen Systems , a company that makes DEC Alpha computers) So we went out and saw some of the area with another friend, Frank. We went on a little hike; unfortunately my camera had become jammed and the pictures were all out of focus. I guess I fell on it one time too many while snowboarding. When I later noticed it a few power cycles and cycling the telephoto fixed it. That evening we joined up with some other friends of Brian and Debbie and saw Titanic. It's still a good flick and I'd see it a third time.
